Job summary

Proven Recruiting, Inc. partners with a well-established Dallas company to grow their Accounting team. As Senior Accountant, you’ll manage core general ledger work while taking a lead on reporting, with a focus on accuracy and policy compliance in a dynamic environment.

You’ll operate in a hybrid schedule with one remote day per week, participate in month-end closes, and support audits. A degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA is a nice-to-have, with 4+ years’ experience and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA is a nice-to-have.
• 4+ years of experience across public accounting and industry.
• ERP software experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of general ledger accounts through the monthly close.
• Prepare and review cash reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Lead reporting and related audit readiness.
• Build financial statement support and variance analysis.
• Assist external auditors and research technical accounting questions.
