Indimade Brands LLC seeks a Senior Accountant to own the monthly close, drive ERP optimization, and deliver high-quality financial reporting to support strategic decisions. This role requires a proactive, self-directed professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates with leadership to strengthen controls.

You will lead journal entries, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred.
• Inventory and cost accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present financial information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Lead key components of the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform expense and variance analyses; research discrepancies.
• Prepare audit-ready financial reports and documentation per U.S. GAAP.
• Support and optimize ERP functionality (NetSuite preferred) for data integrity.
• Maintain the fixed asset subledger and depreciation calculations.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Assist with regulatory filings, tax submissions, and external coordination.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with analysis and schedules.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to leadership.
• Assist with inventory counts and cost accounting activities.
