Job summary

Integrity LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant in Fort Wayne, IN to support monthly closings, reconcile statements, and provide financial analyses for the Finance team. You will partner with accounting and other departments to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting and 3+ years of accounting experience, including US GAAP and advanced Excel. You will lead process improvements and participate in audits and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting and 3+ years of experience are required.
• Advanced accounting, US GAAP, and Microsoft Excel experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements and results for Finance leadership.
• Manage and maintain month-end processes and reporting.
• Oversee accounting operations and month-end close tasks; assist with supervision as needed.
• Lead annual financial statement audit for broker-dealer and attestations.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Support financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
