Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Four or more years of professional accounting experience.
CPA certification preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
Ensure financial information is accurate and compliant with GAAP.
Support tax preparation, regulatory compliance, and audit engagements.
Identify accounting issues and recommend process improvements.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
Mentor and review the work of junior accounting staff.
