SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Sr. Accountant (LATAM) to manage accounting for Latin America operations within a multinational framework.

You will support the monthly close, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and currency conversions to ensure accurate reporting for Starlink subsidiaries. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, a bachelor’s degree, and 4+ years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support LATAM operations in multinational environments.
• Participate in monthly close and reporting for Starlink subsidiaries.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany, and currency conversions.
• Coordinate international statutory filings and bridge to US GAAP, VAT/GST and audits.
• Manage complex reconciliations and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist with tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation, and e-invoicing across LATAM.
• Support process improvements and standardization of reporting.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for external audits and interact with auditors.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
