Arrow Components seeks a Senior Accountant, Internal Reporting to consolidate worldwide financial results, review reports for executive leadership, and ensure accurate intercompany accounting across regions.

You will collaborate with finance, tax, and external auditors, drive process improvements, and support global closings, with hybrid work and periodic after-hours coverage during month/quarter/year-end cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 4+ years accounting experience
• Experience with publicly traded companies or public accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial results from around the world
• Prepare and/or review financial reports for leadership including ad-hoc requests
• Reconcile more complex balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Assess journal entries for compliance with US GAAP
• Review international statutory financial statements
• Develop and implement process efficiencies and automation
• Train accounting teams on Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system
• Participate and/or lead projects with cross-functional teams
• Interact with internal and external auditors and provide requested information
• May require late night, weekend, or holiday coverage during close

Senior Accountant, Internal Reporting

Job Description

The Senior Accountant position within the Internal Reporting team works closely with accounting and finance teams around the world to review, analyze and consolidate Arrow’s world-wide financial results. Using the consolidated information, you will prepare and review financial reports for executive management and various other teams within Arrow. In this position, you will also review complex intercompany transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment while having the opportunity to improve intercompany reporting between regions. You will be partnering with various other departments including finance, tax, and external auditors to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting in an evolving and fast-paced business environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze monthly financial results from businesses around the world
• Prepare and/or review financial reports for leadership including ad-hoc requests

What We Are Looking For

Work Arrangement

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$80,100.00 - $96,921.00 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer. The target salary is $86,000. The top range is for candidates with 4–6 years of related experience with a 4-year accounting degree (or 3 years and an advanced degree); a CPA license; equivalent of recently promoted manager in public accounting.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$80,100.00 - $96,921.00 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
