Time Investment Company, based just north of Milwaukee in West Bend, is seeking a Senior Accountant. This mid-level role covers monthly financial reporting, subsidiary oversight, and advanced accounting tasks in a growing organization.

Starting salary range is $80,000–$90,000 with benefits including health/dental/vision, hybrid work options, and 401k matching after 6 months. CPA candidacy and strong Excel/Peachtree skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred with 3–5 years of experience.
• CPA candidate status preferred.
• Must be responsible, self‑managed, and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Word/Excel; experience with Sage Peachtree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly servicer report generation from data collection to final review.
• Record GL entries for payroll, 401k, and transmittal clearing transactions.
• Oversee accounts payable and year-end 1099 processing.
• Assist audits and provide general accounting support as needed.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and forecast financials.
