Qualifikationen

• BA in Business or Accounting and/or 3-5 years’ experience preferred.
• CPA Candidate.
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and tracking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and Sage Peachtree.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end monthly servicer report generation from data compilation to review.
• Reconcile monthly financial line items including cash, A/R, fixed assets, and reserves.
• Record payroll, 401k and transmittal clearing entries in the general ledger.
• Sign off on TIC accounts and ensure accuracy of mappings to ERP.
• Assist with daily accounting and cash management issues.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in audits.
• Coordinate and oversee project assignments and capital expenditures.
• Back up accounts payable and month-end closing tasks.
