Job summary

Qualifications

• High-volume bank, balance sheet, AR, and GL reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations.
• Research discrepancies and communicate findings to accounting leadership.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume bank, balance sheet, accounts receivable, and other general ledger reconciliations.
• Reconcile accounts containing thousands of transactions and records.
• Work extensively in Excel to complete detailed account reconciliations and analysis.
• Support month-end close and ensure accounts reconciled accurately.
