Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, strong SQL and analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Accounting or Finance bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical, data and SQL querying skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with mid-range to top-tier financial and ERP systems.
• Prior experience in insurance or auto industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end closing and prepare financial reports.
• Prepare and provide journal entries for client contracts.
• Perform data validations between Safe-Guard and clients.
• Prepare financial reports and variance analysis.
• Review checks for incentives and bonuses for clients.
• Maintain and reconcile client check registers.
