Job Responsibilities

• Support the monthly financial close process with accurate accounting entries.
• Assist with external financial reporting, including MD&A and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, conduct research, and prepare memoranda.
• Perform global consolidation tasks, including intercompany billings and reconciliations.
• Analyze P&L statements, balance sheets, and income statements for divisions.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support audits.
• Manage lease queries ensuring ASC 842 compliance.
• Conduct variance analysis and review international financial results.
• Collaborate with external auditors by preparing schedules and work papers.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited university.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in tech or services industries.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with financial reporting, MD&A, and external requirements.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Big Four experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
• Familiarity with ASC 842 lease standards.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Insights.
