Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior accounting role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience preparing financial statements and presenting financial information to leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments.
• Perform monthly balance sheet and bank account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and manage the collections process.
• Handle client invoicing, set up new accounts and reconcile them.
• Manage the client invoicing, set up new accounts, reconcile them and close the books monthly.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Perform additional accounting and finance projects as assigned.
