LHH Recruitment Solutions in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Senior Accountant to own key accounting functions and drive month-end close with leadership exposure. This newly created role offers high visibility and the chance to influence financial outcomes across multiple entities in a collaborative healthcare organization.

Responsibilities include leading month-end close, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, analyzing results, supporting financial reporting, and partnering with accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong month-end close experience
• Deep understanding of financial accounting principles
• Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis
• Intercompany accounting experience preferred
• ASC 606/revenue recognition experience is a plus
• Healthcare experience is a plus
