Responsibilities include monthly P&L analysis, reconciliations, revenue recognition, AR activity, month-end and year-end close, and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong experience with P&Ls, financial reporting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with multiple financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly profit-and-loss statements and operational financial reports.
• Reconcile high-volume financial transactions across multiple systems and accounts.
• Manage revenue recognition, accounts receivable activity, deposits, and related accounting transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Research discrepancies, maintain audit-ready documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
