Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience.
• Experience with financial systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger, trial balance, cash balances, revenue, and monthly financial reporting.
• Prepare and process journal entries; allocate costs and verify transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable; support invoice processing and data entry into USAS as needed.
• Maintain fixed assets records; support audits and asset reporting.
• Provide post-award support and training to staff; assist departments with financial guidance.
