Abbott Park, IL-based Sr. Accountant – CFS RTR Core Diagnostics at AP-52. The Sr.

Accountant will liaison with our third-party shared service provider, FP&A, and CFS RTR to tie-out Sales & Cost for US commercial, review journal entries and reconciliations, and drive process improvements. You will also support USO Admin Fees, royalty payments, OEM processes, and Core Dx supply chain, while using Excel for data analysis to improve accuracy and assist in the close.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive financial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and cost tie-outs for US commercial in SAP and TM1.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations by third-party shared service.
• Assist in SOP maintenance and process improvements.
• Support USO Admin Fees, royalties, and OEM processes.
• Analyze large Excel datasets to improve accuracy.
• Coordinate with FP&A and Hub teams to close the books.
• Ensure SOX and internal controls compliance.
