Job summary

Abbott seeks a Finance Business Excellence Supervisor in Lake Forest, IL to transform US Commercial Finance operations through reporting simplification, analytics, and automation. This role reports to the US Commercial Finance Director and partners with Finance, Commercial, Shared Services, and IT to drive measurable improvements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in FP&A or finance transformation, strong data analytics, and experience leading reporting automation and BI initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years of FP&A, finance analytics, or related experience.
Experience leading reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives.
Strong communication skills with diverse internal clients.
CPA or CMA certification or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning improvements.
Redesign and simplify management reporting; develop dashboards.
Lead automation to reduce manual reporting and improve productivity.
Partner with IT and stakeholders to enhance systems and data governance.
Lead cross-functional initiatives delivering measurable business value.
