Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards (JDE) preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist month-end and year-end close processes and accruals.
• Lead global accounting operations and financial reporting consolidation.
• Coordinate with regional finance teams on policies and practices.
• Review daily bank reconciliations and support fixed assets schedules.
• Support external audits and provide documentation as needed.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
