Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA preferred.
• 5 years of experience in multi-location/entity or public company.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• ERP experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Treasury functions.
• Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for high level accounts.
• Maintain and operate standard period-end closing schedules.
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries related to assigned areas of accounting.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant policies and procedures.
• Complete month-end close activities, such as subledger reconciliations.
• Support projects, implementations, and knowledge transfers as assigned.
• Ensure timely response to internal and external stakeholders.
