The position requires 4+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems, including NetSuite; you will review balances, perform reconciliations, and contribute to process

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger exposure.
• Experience preparing reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and account analyses.
• Knowledge of month end close procedures and financial reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and post journal entries and support month end close.
• Review trial balances, reconcile accounts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with process improvements.
• Review accounts payable activity and ensure proper coding and documentation.
