Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Three or more years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
• Maintain the general ledger, classify transactions, and support month-end and year-end close.
• Generate customer invoices, establish customer accounts, maintain account information, and ensure accurate billing.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash disbursements, payroll-related accounts, customer accounts, and other financial accounts; post payments, prepare deposits, and address banking inquiries.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections; monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Review and process accounts payable invoices; ensure expenses are correctly coded.
• Maintain documentation, investigate discrepancies, and strengthen accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate with outside accountants, auditors, and financial partners; assist with audits and tax filings.
