Job summary

CLAAS FARMPOINT, located in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Professionals-level accounting/finance specialist. You will handle A/R/A/P, GL postings, journal entries, and month-end close, while supporting budgets and forecasts. Domestic/international travel may be required.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field, 3–5 years of experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong discretion. SAP knowledge is a plus, with a structured, detail-oriented, and confidential work style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years related accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, and support general ledger postings.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, expense tracking, and month/quarter/year-end closings.
• Assist in budgeting, interim forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and ensure compliance with tax liabilities.
