Job summary

Chris Baily is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support general ledger accounting, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and month-end close activities in compliance with U.S. GAAP.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment across the Eastern or Central time zones. This role requires a full-time commitment and hands-on collaboration with the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems and close processes.
• CPA pursuit or CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and post journal entries according to U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations with cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and inter-company accounting activities.
• Support audit readiness and internal controls documentation.
