Southland Casino Hotel is seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to join the Delaware North Gaming team in West Memphis, Arkansas. In this role, you'll provide critical accounting support that includes month-end general ledger close, audit documentation, and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and possess 3–5 years of relevant experience. We offer a competitive salary range of $56,900 to $76,800 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Strong skills in communication, attention to detail, analytics, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed asset facilitation and compliance with GAAP.
• Provide accounting support ensuring timely close procedures.
• Prepare audit documentation and support leadership reporting.
• Review contracts and calculate financial obligations.
• Manage asset lifecycle and support audits and process improvements.
