Job summary

Amrize seeks a Senior Accountant to support SOX compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting for the US cement terminal network. You will collaborate with terminal managers, logistics, and finance to drive accurate results and policy adherence.

You will perform month-end close, asset capitalization, and variance analyses while supporting regional forecasting and capital projects. Travel to terminals is expected up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• MBA/CPA/CFA/CMA credentials are a plus.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOX internal controls compliance for inventory and fixed assets at cement terminals.
• Provide timely reporting of actuals vs forecast and budget to management.
• Support capital expenditure proposals and track project progress.
• Perform month-end close and journal entry reviews.
• Assist regional management with monthly rolling forecast and financial planning.
