Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 7 years of experience in corporate accounting or finance, or 3.5 years in public accounting.
• May substitute with CPA or master's degree, counting 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly, quarterly, and year-end; support team members.
• Record journal entries and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Prepare complex financial reports for executives and boards.
• Lead process improvements and staff training.
