You will handle month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, consolidations, audit support, and compliance reporting in a collaborative finance environment. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 3+ years of relevant experience, advanced Excel, strong analytical skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or corporate accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and complex analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and schedules.
• Assist with multi-entity consolidations and financial reporting activities.
• Maintain reporting workbooks and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial data and perform variance analysis.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and tax-related activities.
