T-Mobile USA is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the development and optimization of automated accounting systems, enhance financial accuracy, and improve month-end close efficiency across large ERP environments. You will prepare complex journal entries, perform reconciliations, and drive continuous improvements to reporting and controls.

The role requires strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, data analytics skills, and the ability to review junior staff deliverables.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience is preferred.
• 4-7 years of related work experience is expected.

Mansioni

• Prepare and analyze complex journal entries and reconciliations using automation and analytics.
• Translate operational changes into accurate financial results in statements, analytics, and reporting.
• Ensure integrity of records and timely monthly close via automation and variance analytics; review peers' work.
• Leverage digital tools to extract and manage large data volumes, delivering actionable financial insights.
• Generate ad hoc reports by integrating data from multiple systems with clear summaries for decisions.
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, documenting financial impact of new programs and technology.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
