Job summary

IMPACT STAFFING INTERNATIONAL is seeking an experienced Accountant who operates with minimal supervision and owns workstreams within Accounting Operations.

This role drives accurate execution, resolves complex issues through analysis and experience, and partners effectively across stakeholders to strengthen outcomes and performance.

Key duties include managing end-to-end processes, guiding peers, and communicating clearly with internal and external customers to ensure timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in accounting operations/finance operations with independent delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Lead end-to-end projects; set milestones and monitor progress.
• Coach peers and share best practices without people-management duties.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries.
• Influence processes by presenting recommendations and collaborating across functions.
• Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to assess impacts and determine best path forward.
• Collaborate across teams to improve department performance.
