Job summary

MrBeast Jobs is seeking a Senior Accountant, CPG, to support Feastables and other Beast Industries CPG ventures. You will own close processes, inventory and cost accounting, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of accounting experience, a CPA, and hands-on GAAP knowledge. This role emphasizes accurate inventory valuation, audit readiness, and scalable financial operations within a fast-growing consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years accounting experience in Food & Beverage or CPG
• CPA required; public accounting experience preferred
• Experience with inventory and cost accounting in a manufacturing/CPG environment
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with journal entries and reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile key balance sheet accounts (inventory, accruals, prepaid expenses)
• Assist with cost and inventory accounting, ensure accurate valuation and COGS
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify variances for business decisions
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations for accurate inventory reporting
• Support AP/AR/GL activities and audit preparation as needed
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls; drive process improvements
