Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience in an accounting role within a professional setting.
• Strong technical skills in Accounting Software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Prefer work experience with payroll and/or business/individual tax preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships by advising on finances, including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, consolidations, and related schedules.
• Oversee cash balances and activity, coordinating with staff to ensure timely payments.
• Delegate and collaborate with Accountants and Staff Accountants to ensure accuracy.
• Present financial reports and provide analysis and recommendations for management.
• Support the Tax Department with compliance and tax return preparation.
