Job Description

As a member of the Corporate Finance department, the Senior Accountant in Consolidations will be responsible for consolidating financial information across divisions for management reports and SEC filings (10-Q/10-K). Key tasks include monthly and quarterly consolidations, balance sheet analysis, preparing financial statements and footnotes, posting topside entries, maintaining financial database integrity, and supporting ad-hoc reporting and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly consolidation processes.
• Collaborate with local finance teams and corporate departments (FP&A, Tax, SEC Reporting).
• Analyze balance sheet and roll-forward accounts.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses.
• Input, process, and output financial data.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and work collaboratively.

The salary range for this role is $92,000 to $128,000 annually, dependent on education, skills, experience, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Benefits for union employees are governed by collective bargaining agreements.
