Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Consolidation & Reporting to lead monthly consolidation and deliver high‑quality financial reporting packages.

You will partner with the finance team to test and implement consolidation processes in an enterprise performance management (EPM) environment and support evolving reporting needs across internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications

• BS/BA/MS in accounting or related field.
• CPA (active license) required.
• 3+ years in public accounting or public company environments.
• Ability to deliver accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of internal control requirements.
• Ability to listen, articulate issues clearly, and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Run the monthly consolidation process to create financial reports for leadership and external reporting.
• Drive accuracy, completeness and timely delivery of consolidated reporting.
• Review results for unusual trends and variances and coordinate with accounting/finance teams to resolve.
• Test and implement consolidation/reporting processes in an EPM environment.
• Support transition to future consolidation processes using EPM.
• Assist with preparation of management reports and disclosures.
• Support internal/external audits by preparing docs and responding to auditor requests.
• Learn new processes/technologies to adapt to changing requirements.
