Job summary

You will work with Oracle, Hyperion, Cognos, and OneStream to ensure accuracy, control compliance, and timely information for budgets, audits, and strategic initiatives. Strong collaboration and drive for process improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting and quarterly forecasts by maintaining planning data and analyses.
• Execute monthly ERP close procedures to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting accuracy.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls supporting audit readiness.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and process improvements.
