Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong foundation in capital project or property accounting.
• CPA licensed or eligible strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting for large capital projects.
• Manage property and fixed asset accounting.
• Collaborate with FP&A for accurate forecasting.
• Prepare journal entries and monthly reporting packages.
• Support audit requests and internal control processes.
