Job summary

Headfarmer is seeking a Senior Accountant to help build the runway for a fast‑growing, post‑acquisition finance team. You’ll own full‑cycle accounting, multi‑entity reconciliations, and close processes as the company transitions to public‑company controls and a more structured environment.

You’ll work across two entities, manage AP/AR, commission processes, and partner with senior leaders to deliver timely monthly statements and robust performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Experience with ERP systems supporting inventory/operations accounting.
• Familiarity with 3-way match processes.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting and month-end close support.
• Multi-entity reconciliations.
• Accounts payable/receivable oversight.
• Commission process management.
• Timely, accurate monthly financial statements and performance reporting.
• Partner with department leaders as a trusted finance resource.
• Help build accounting processes and controls for public-company compliance.
