KeyBank is seeking a senior accounting professional to review financial statements, manage reconciliations, and coordinate monthly close processes. The role acts as a liaison between Financial and Servicing Operations and ensures GAAP compliance while supporting audit requests.
The candidate will leverage Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/Workday) to analyze data and present findings for decision-making. Hybrid work model with in-office collaboration is available.

The role involves reviewing balance sheets and income statements, investigating general ledger variances, participating in month-end close processes, reconciling accounts, managing accruals, acting as liaison between Financial and Servicing Operations, ensuring GAAP compliance, and completing audit requests.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit. (preferred)

General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.

Hybrid (3+ days)
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
