Greater Chicagoland Area

Engtal is seeking senior-level accountants to join our dynamic Assurance Services team. This opportunity requires a high level understanding of accounting principles and audit procedures, as well as the capability of assessing engagement and audit risk.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire audit engagement from planning through issuance.
Assist in carrying out quality and other assurance services to clients in various industries.
Perform detailed audit procedures on financial statement account balances, prepare and adjust workpapers from clients trial balance
Handle client relationships with minimal supervision.
Review, train, and oversee staff members .
Effectively communicate the status of audit engagements with management.

Experience:

3+ years experience in public accounting assurance/audit services
Bachelor’s degree in accounting in similar fields
CPA eligibility preferred
