  • You will maintain and update fiscal procedures, general ledger allocations, and accounting practices related to disbursement activities.
  • You will contribute to month‑end and year‑end closing activities, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and preparation of supporting schedules and workpapers.
  • You will assist with annual audits, cost reports, IRS reporting requirements, 1099 preparation, and other financial compliance activities.
  • You will conduct internal audits and compliance monitoring activities while helping ensure adherence to financial controls and agency policies.
  • You will collaborate with fellow Senior Accountants to support audits, special projects, reporting requirements, and fiscal initiatives across the organization.
  • You will help ensure that Anderson’s financial resources are managed responsibly, accurately, and in support of the agency’s mission.
