What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly/quarterly property financial statements for a portfolio of 4 to 6 properties
- Manage the preparation and distribution of financial reports, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Serve as a resource to site property teams, responding to accounting inquiries and coordinating procedures
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with requirements
- Assist with annual budget preparation and year-end reconciliation processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
- Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience preferred, with real estate experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel; Access knowledge is desirable
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure
- Strong client focus, dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external clients

- Experience with real estate-specific software, particularly MRI and Yardi
- Demonstrated adaptability in varying environments and with different types of people
