Working alongside two existing Senior Accountants, this role will own specific accounting functions including inventory reconciliations, cost accounting, general ledger management, and financial reporting. The Senior Accountant will serve as a key partner to the Controller and finance team, taking ownership of complex accounting processes and contributing to the continued growth and financial integrity of the company.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in general accounting with specific expertise in inventory management, cost analysis, and month-end close processes. You'll join a collaborative finance team where we view ourselves as business partners to the brand — not just back-office processors. Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beauty, or retail industries is highly valued.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is ready to build and refine processes — not just follow existing ones. Extra consideration will be given to candidates with experience in high-growth or startup environments.
