This role involves producing monthly financial reports, maintaining the general ledger, handling payroll, and supporting billing and audits to ensure accurate financial operations in a healthcare setting. You will work closely with the VP of Finance to uphold financial integrity and compliance while driving improvements in processes across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
