Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Analyst, or similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
• Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial results and investigate account variances.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare financial statements and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with audit preparation and process improvement projects.
