The team is backed by some of the world’s leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD.

  • Leading the transition of all bookkeeping/accounting functions from our outsourced partner and building a GAAP‑compliant P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
  • Preparing for Nitra’s first external audit (2025 or 2026) and coordinating the annual audit process
  • Establishing financial controls within the accounting department and leading monthly close activities
  • Supporting monthly and quarterly investor and lender compliance reporting
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual and monthly operating budgets and collaborating with budget owners to improve financial literacy
  • Utilizing and providing feedback on our in-house expense management platform and managing accounting entries in QuickBooks
  • Producing financial trend analyses and strategic financial reports for the Board of Directors, Finance and Audit Committee, and senior leadership
  • Monitoring fiscal deadlines and ensuring timely completion of financial reporting requirements
  • Reviewing vendor contracts and providing financial perspective in decision‑making
  • Managing payroll and expense reimbursements, both domestic and international
