A growing pool services franchise is seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage financial operations remotely. This role requires expertise in Xero and Australian payroll, as well as strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, payroll processes, and compliance reports. Ideal for someone organized, with the ability to work independently, and has experience working with inventory systems.
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Flexible — Monday to Friday or split (½ day Monday and ½ day on the weekend)
Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (AET)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is looking for an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage all financial operations. This role is perfect for someone organized and detail-oriented, with strong experience in Xero and Australian payroll, and Lightspeed/inventory. You’ll work closely with the owner, handling finances for a business with over 25,000 products and 24 suppliers. It’s a flexible role with room to grow as the business scales.
