Job summary

CFS, a rapidly growing manufacturer of power generation and industrial engine solutions in Wisconsin, seeks a Senior Accountant to support the expanding finance team. You will work in a dynamic manufacturing setting, contributing to financial reporting, cost accounting, and operational decision-making, with close collaboration across finance leadership and cross-functional partners.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with one day work-from-home per week and opportunities to improve processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, fixed assets, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close for accurate reporting.
• Support manufacturing accounting, including inventory and cost analysis.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls.
• Identify process improvements to streamline reporting and operations.

4+ years of accounting experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
