This position prepares complex accounting analyses and reconciliations to support general ledger input, and may lead specialized functions such as budgeting, reporting, or special accounting applications.
Heavy reliance upon computer systems by this position necessitates that the incumbent spend time ensuring the integrity of statistical files and data bases. This position is expected to keep abreast of recent developments in the Financial Accounting and computer fields. Has freedom to determine how to best accomplish functions with minimal supervision. Internal customers include other department management. External customers including but not limited to regulatory agencies ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
Estimated Pay Range: $29.11 - $48.51 / hour Banner Health is committed to pay equity and transparency. The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay Banner Health in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. This range is based on possible base salaries and does not include the value of our total rewards package. Actual pay determined at offer will be based on years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location, along with a review of current employees in similar roles to ensure pay equity is achieved and maintained.
