Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our Santa Fe finance team. You will manage general accounting tasks, oversee ledger activity, and support month-end close with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.
• Assist in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Interact with various levels of management and staff in conducting interviews and testing internal process.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process.
• Offer insightful, strategic input to senior management on financial performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to meet both short and long-term operational goals.
• Provide support in the management of company-wide strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting initiatives.
