Job summary

CSuite Financial Partners has been retained to place a hands-on Senior Accountant for a San Mateo, CA based robotics-focused company. You will own accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and the general ledger, while partnering with the Controller to deliver accurate financial reporting and month-end closes for international entities.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• 5-8 years of hands-on accounting experience, 2-3 years in full-cycle role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• CPA license required.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidations preferred.
• On-site in the South Bay Area offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting resource for the company's US and international operations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Partner with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting and lead month-end closes for international entities.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation under US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• serve as the primary accounting resource for the company's US and international operations
• managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger.
• This individual-contributor role involves partnering with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, leading month-end closes for international entities, and maintaining audit-ready documentation under US GAAP.

Key Qualifications

• Formal bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, must have
• 5-8 years of hands‑on accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a similar full-cycle role
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 (accrual accounting, financial statement preparation)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation tools)
• CPA license, required
• Experience with intercompany accounting and multi- entity consolidations, preferred
• Ability to commute to and be fully on-site in the South Bay Area offices
