This full-time, on-site position offers a hybrid option after training and is central to financial reporting, reconciliations, process improvements, and system optimization in collaboration with facility and corporate teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, analytical problem-solving, and improving accounting workflows, with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful impact on care quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Three or more years of accounting experience.
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead key month-end close and account reconciliation activities.
• Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and insights that support business decisions.
• Improve accounting processes, workflows, and reporting efficiency.
